(Anaheim, CA) – Today, the Kris Murray for Supervisor campaign released overwhelming get-out-the-vote numbers showing a robust ground game with over 11,000 doors knocked, 25,000 live calls, and 100,000 digital impressions. The ground operation started mid-January and has steadily gained momentum with 2 to1 positive reactions in commitments to vote for Murray from district residents.

“The responses we are receiving district-wide on the ground are 2 to 1 in favor of Murray over any other candidate,” said veteran campaign consultant, Jimmy Camp. “Last week, in cities where she has never represented constituents, Kris Murray received three times as much support as the rest of the field combined.”

“Kris Murray is the only candidate with the experience and vision to actually deliver solutions instead of the same political rhetoric and failed promises, “stated Alex Avetoom, Campaign Consultant. “To date, other opponents in the field have failed to launch effective ground campaigns choosing to focus their attention on partisan politics instead of the issues Orange County residents care most about.”

Murray’s record in Orange County for decades improving public safety, addressing homelessness, protecting neighborhoods and open space, steadfast fiscal accountability and expanded transparency in county government is resonating with voters and has propelled her candidacy to the front of the crowded pack in this race.

“From the very beginning, our strategy was to engage the voters quickly with honest conversations regarding my public service record, solutions for local issues, and my commitment to represent the people of the third district,” said Supervisorial candidate Kris Murray. “In a special election, every day counts, and I am thrilled with the support we have received from voters districtwide.”

Kris Murray is former Anaheim Mayor Pro Tem and City Councilwoman with more than 25 years of public service to Orange County. She and her husband Steve Murray are small business owners and live in Anaheim Hills with their son and two rescue dogs. The Murray’s spend family time volunteering at Seneca OC serving at-risk foster children, Boy Scouts, Little League, Anaheim Hills Community Council and at their son’s school.
